For brands that want substance without the cost or oversized cut of a premium heavyweight, this is the right base. The construction details are where this tee earns its retail-ready label. Side seams give the body structure that tubular tees lose after a few washes. Double-needle stitching at the sleeve, bottom hem, shoulders, and armhole holds up to repeated wear. Shoulder-to-shoulder taping reinforces the neckline. Under 6% shrinkage means what you order is close to what your customer wears after the first wash. The 20 singles yarn produces a tight-knit face, which matters for print quality. Screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and DTG all work well on this surface.
