ET AL Parent, Inc. (“ET AL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with your use of et-al.online and the related products and services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). It also describes your rights and choices.
This Policy applies to information we collect through the Services. It does not apply to information collected by third parties, including through any application or content (such as advertising) that may link to or be accessible from the Services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information from and about you in three ways: directly from you, automatically when you use the Services, and from third parties.
1.1 Information You Provide
We collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order, request a quote, contact customer support, submit artwork, sign up for marketing communications, or otherwise interact with us. This includes:
- Identity and contact information: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address;
- Payment information: payment card details, billing address, and transaction information (payment card numbers are collected and processed directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers in full);
- Tax exemption information: reseller permit numbers, tax-exempt certificates, and supporting documentation;
- Order and customization information: products ordered, customization specifications, e-proof approvals, and communications about your order;
- Customer Artwork: logos, designs, images, and other content you upload for production;
- Communications: messages, feedback, survey responses, and any information you choose to share with our customer support team.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and connection data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, language settings, and time zone;
- Usage data: pages and products viewed, links clicked, search queries, time spent on pages, referring and exit URLs, and other browsing behavior;
- Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 6 below.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from:
- Payment processors and fraud prevention providers (e.g., transaction approvals, fraud risk signals);
- Shipping carriers (e.g., delivery confirmations and tracking events);
- Analytics providers (e.g., aggregated usage data);
- Marketing platforms and advertising partners (e.g., audience information);
- Suppliers and decoration vendors (e.g., production status, fulfillment information).
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide the Services: process orders, generate and exchange E-Proofs, fulfill and ship orders, communicate about orders, process returns and refunds, and administer your account;
- Process payments and apply tax treatment: including processing tax exemption certificates and applying or refunding taxes as appropriate;
- Communicate with you: respond to inquiries, provide customer support, send transactional messages, and notify you of policy changes;
- Marketing: if you have opted in, send promotional emails about our products, services, and offers; we use opt-out mechanisms in every marketing email;
- Improve and personalize the Services: perform analytics, conduct research, develop new features, and personalize content;
- Security and fraud prevention: verify identity, screen orders for fraud, monitor for abuse, and protect the Services and our users;
- Legal and compliance: comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process; enforce our Terms of Service; and protect our rights, property, and safety, and those of our customers and others.
3. Customer Artwork
We treat Customer Artwork (logos, designs, images, and other production files you upload) with particular care.
- Use: We use Customer Artwork solely to fulfill your order, generate E-Proofs and samples, maintain quality control records, and comply with legal obligations.
- Sharing: We share Customer Artwork only with the suppliers, decoration vendors, and fulfillment partners required to produce your order, and with service providers that help us store, transfer, or process the files.
- Storage and retention: Customer Artwork is stored on our systems and the systems of our service providers and vendors during the active life of your order and for a reasonable archival period thereafter to support reorders, dispute resolution, and quality control. Archival copies may be retained for the periods required by our records retention policy and applicable law.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of Customer Artwork from active systems by contacting us at [privacy@etalsupply.com]. We will honor deletion requests subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Customer Artwork remains your property. We do not use Customer Artwork for marketing, training, or any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your order without your written consent.
4. How We Share Personal Information
We share personal information with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers: Companies that perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), shipping and label generation (Shippo), order and catalog management (Medusa), product content management (Sanity), email and communication services, analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), customer support tools, hosting providers, and fraud prevention services.
- Suppliers and vendors: Suppliers that provide blank products and decoration vendors that produce decorated and cut-and-sew products. We share order details, shipping information, and Customer Artwork as required for fulfillment.
- Carriers: Shipping carriers that deliver your orders.
- Professional advisors: Lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers, as needed for the conduct of our business.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
- Legal and safety: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ETAL, our users, or others.
- With your consent: Where you have directed us to share information.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain disclosures to advertising partners through cookies and similar technologies may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law; see Section 8 for your rights to opt out.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods depend on the type of information and applicable legal requirements. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our records retention practices.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and serve marketing content. Categories include:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for core Site functionality such as cart, checkout, and authentication. These cannot be disabled through our preference controls.
- Performance and analytics cookies: Help us understand how the Services are used (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences and settings.
- Marketing cookies: Help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and deliver relevant marketing content.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, our cookie preference center (where available), and opt-out tools provided by analytics and advertising vendors. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for users in jurisdictions where required by law.
7. Marketing Communications
If you opt in, we will send you marketing emails about products, promotions, and updates. You can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by emailing us at support@et-al.online. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications related to your orders or account.
8. Your California Privacy Rights
This section applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this Policy. It is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”).
8.1 Categories of Personal Information We Collect, Use, and Disclose

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share certain identifiers and internet activity information with advertising and analytics partners through cookies and similar technologies, which may qualify as “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA. You have the right to opt out as described below.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of California residents under sixteen (16) years of age.
8.2 Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information (as defined under the CCPA) for purposes other than those permitted without a right to limit, including providing the Services you request and other purposes outlined in California Civil Code section 1798.121(a).
8.3 Your Rights
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the following rights:
- Right to Know: Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes, and the categories of recipients.
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: Direct us not to sell or share your personal information. We honor GPC signals.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Where applicable.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
8.4 How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your rights, email support@et-al.online with the subject line “California Privacy Request” and a description of your request, or use any submission mechanism we make available on our website. We will need to verify your identity using information we have on file. You may use an authorized agent; agent submissions require written authorization and identity verification of both the agent and the requester. We will respond within forty-five (45) days, with one possible extension of forty-five (45) days as permitted by law.
8.5 Shine the Light
California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, email support@et-al.online.
9. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain other U.S. states (including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia) may have rights similar to those described above under their state privacy laws, including rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [privacy@etalsupply.com] with details of your request and the state in which you reside.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for business customers and are not directed to children under sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen (16). If you believe a child under sixteen has provided personal information to us, please contact us at support@et-al.online and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is one hundred percent secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International Users
The Services are operated in the United States and intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your personal information in the United States.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services. This Policy does not apply to those third-party properties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party before providing personal information.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Policy. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as by email or a prominent notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
